Shipping limits: We ship anywhere in the United States, Euorpe, Canada and the Carribean.

An additional Broker Fee applies to all orders being shipped to Canada by UPS. The cost is determined by UPS and Pleasant Image Ditributing has no informaiton regarding those charges.
Customer guarantee: We guarantee order shipping within 3 business days of receiving orders.

Return policy

Terms of Services/ Requirements:

• Only licensed cosmeticians are eligible to purchase chemicals ( for professional use only).
• Any order that includes chemicals must be submitted with a cosmetician license number (use the comments box under shipping instructions).
• Minimum order for all purchases is $15.00 US.
• A Major Credit Card is the only method of Payment.
• We will accept Money Orders if mailed in advanced
  (e-mail, phone or fax orders only).
• All sales are final.
  

Shipping Information:

• Shipping prices vary from State to State (according to zip code and weight) and will be determined upon receipt of order (UPS rate/zone guide)
• Customers will receive orders via ground UPS unless specified as a rush order (additional charge)
• Customer will receive shipping cost via e-mail before order is shipped
• Orders received with an incorrect address or zip code will be charged a $5.00 address correction fee. This is the cost that UPS charges to correct the address when attempting to deliver a package.
